Terms of Service

01 Scope

ПроНейронки Publisher is a personal tool built and operated by one individual creator to publish their own video content to their own connected accounts (TikTok, YouTube, VK). It is not offered to the public as a product or service, and these terms describe how the operator uses it against their own accounts — not a relationship with any other user.

02 Content ownership

All video content published through this tool is created by, and remains the property of, the operator. The tool does not claim any rights over the content it publishes — it is a delivery mechanism, not a content platform.

03 Acceptable use

The tool is used only to publish the operator's own lawful content, in line with the destination platform's own community guidelines and terms (e.g. TikTok's). It does not automate interactions with other accounts, does not scrape or collect data about other users, and does not post on behalf of anyone other than the operator.

04 No warranty

The tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Publish requests depend on third-party platform APIs that can change, rate-limit, or reject a request outside the operator's control.

05 Termination

Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app from the connected account's own settings (e.g. TikTok's connected-apps page). No further action is required.
