01 Who runs this

ПроНейронки Publisher is a personal, single-operator tool. It is not a company or a service offered to the public — it exists to let one individual creator publish their own video content to their own connected accounts, including TikTok. There is no separate legal entity behind it.

02 What data is handled

The tool stores only what's needed to publish content on the operator's behalf:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected TikTok account (and, separately, YouTube/VK accounts used the same way).
• Basic account identifiers returned by those platforms' authorization APIs (e.g. an internal user ID), used only to confirm which account a token belongs to.
• The video files, titles, descriptions, and tags the operator writes for their own content, before and after publishing.

No data is collected about anyone other than the account owner operating the tool. There are no other end users.

03 How it's used

Tokens are used exclusively to call the platform's official publishing API (e.g. TikTok's Content Posting API) to upload a video the operator has already made, and to check the status of that upload. Nothing is read from the connected account beyond what's needed to complete a publish request.

Tokens are kept only as long as the connected account remains active in the tool. Disconnecting the account (via the platform's own app-permissions settings, e.g. TikTok's connected-apps page) revokes the token; any locally stored copy is deleted on the next maintenance pass. Published video metadata is kept only for the operator's own record-keeping.
